“Come see what’s under the skin,” multi-awarded New Zealand star Lorde teased in a recent social media announcement regarding her latest plans for the road. After confirming several additional dates to accommodate growing demand, the “Royals” singer-songwriter locked in the first leg of her “ULTRASOUND” World Tour supporting the upcoming album, Virgin, out June 2025 via Universal and Republic Records. From Austin, TX, the 45-date tour will traverse North America before a detour through Europe and returning to the States for its final stop in Brooklyn, New York, with two back-to-back concerts at the Barclays Center beginning this 16th of December 2025!
Lorde’s new album marks her fourth full-length release since 2013’s critically acclaimed Pure Heroine, which produced her signature number-one hit and multi-platinum standards such as “Tennis Court,” “Team,” and “Glory and Gore.” On a wintry Tuesday night, the 2x Grammy winner will peel back layers of emotional separation to uncover a “primal, innocent, elegant, openhearted, and spiritual” femininity from what she considers a mutual journey of creating music alongside her fans, 12 years and counting. She presents heart-tugging music from the Virgin LP LIVE, featuring advanced issue singles “Hammer,” “Man of the Year,” and “What Was That.” The latter of these three rose to the top spot of New Zealand’s Official Aotearoa Music Charts while securing a Top 40 peak on the US Billboard Hot 100.
At 28, Lorde earns credit for several Platinum-certified records. Her chart-topping second album, Melodrama (2017), produced the hits “Green Light,” “The Louvre,” “Supercut,” and “Homemade Dynamite.” Her third album, Solar Power, entered the Billboard 200 Top 5.
