Join Weezer, The Shins and Silversun Pickups at the Barclays Center on Wednesday, September 30th, 2026 for an amazing night of Alternative Rock Shows. Three of the most influential rock acts of our time are to play in one night of shows at the Brooklyn venue of the Barclays Center in New York. Weezer are currently touring the latest tracks from their 2026 releases.
Weezer will play all of the band’s greatest hits including “Buddy Holly,” “Beverly Hills,” “Pork and Beans” and more off of Weezer’s recent release “SZNZ: Winter” which is the final installment of the four-season EP series. Weezer’s lead singer and principal songwriter Rivers Cuomo is known for being a rock star while attending Harvard University. Outside of Weezer, Cuomo has released solo material and wrote a film in 1999 called “Rifffed”. Weezer has received multiple Grammy nominations and has sold over 35 million albums worldwide. Weezer is considered to be one of the faces of modern rock music.
After exploring the worlds of Weezer and Silversun Pickups, The Shins will be gracing the stage to deliver their pop-infused take on alternative rock. The Shins’ take on classic rock consists of a large collection of songs to choose from, including songs from their past albums as well as some of the tracks from their 2018 release The Worm’s Heart. The Worm’s Heart is interesting in that it is the reverse of their 2017 album Heartworms, with all of the songs in reverse order. With the iconic vocals of James Mercer weaving throughout the songs, that feature a mix of guitars, bass and drums, fans will be able to appreciate the evolution of the bands large collection of work.
Silversun Pickups will bring their brand of alternative rock to the venue and are known to play a wide variety of songs from their impressive discography. A typical set list from the band would include songs such as “Panic Switch,” “Cannibal,” and “Tapedeck” as well as some of their latest songs from their upcoming release Physical Thrills including “Bag of Bones” and more.
The show will take place at the Barclay’s Center, 620 Atlantic Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11217. The venue is located in the middle of Brooklyn with access to multiple forms of public transportation. The Barclays Center is one of the premier venues in the world boasting some of the best seats, amenities and concert sound.
The Barclays Center does not have on-site parking. However, there are many lots in the surrounding Brooklyn area that offer paid parking and are within walking distance to the venue. In addition to lots there are also many street parking options available throughout the surrounding area. Please be aware that street parking is on a first come, first serve basis, so spots may fill up depending on the time of evening.
